How long will it take to receive my order?
If you have a special deadline, include it with your order, or you can always call us at 800.288.3344; we welcome the opportunity to meet any deadline.
Regarding the McGruff Safety Kits: your order will be processed, imprinted (if you choose that option) and shipped within as little as two days, if necessary. Expedited freight costs may apply.
Most other items will take approximately 4 weeks (except items that offer 5 day service) from the time your order is received to its ship date. Unimprinted items can be shipped more quickly. Please don't hesitate to call for the production schedule for specific items.
What is an imprint?
On most of the McGruff licensed products we design an area for the sponsoring organization to promote its business name and whatever other information it would like to publish. The imprint may cost extra for certain products.
How do I decide what I want for my imprint?
Most customers start with their business or organization name (logo optional in most cases), address, phone number, Web site address, etc. You may also want to include a message to the community such as: “We care about New York’s Kids” The imprint can be up to five lines, depending on size.
Once you have decided what your imprint is going to be, just include it with your order form or in an e-mail to us.
How do I send my logo?
We need to receive a high-resolution electronic file of your organization’s logo. Send it via e-mail to: Kathi@mcgruff-safe-kids.com
How can I have McGruff the Crime Dog appear at my event?
You need to contact your local law enforcement agency to see if they have a McGruff costume, and whether or not an officer can appear at your event in costume. It is the policy of NCPC that McGruff costumes can be sold only to law enforcement organizations.
